ERG Mode

Control your trainer at a fixed power target with fine-grained adjustments and zone presets.

ERG mode is the default when you open the app. Your trainer holds a constant power target — regardless of your cadence, the resistance adjusts to maintain the set wattage.

What You See

  • Zone pill at the top — shows your current training zone (e.g., “Z2 - ENDURANCE”), color-coded
  • Power arc — a circular gauge with two arcs:
    • Outer arc (thick) — your target power, colored by zone
    • Inner arc (thin, blue) — your actual power output
    • Center number — current actual watts, with target shown below
  • Data screens — swipeable metric pages showing your ride stats
  • Start/Stop button at the bottom
